Mr Pumpkin Head is back!!!! Along with some seasonal decoration, favourite garland ever from @velveteen_babies and a paper leaf garland inspired by @tojaneandrose because I wanted to make a real one but for some reason when we go out leaf collecting my kids are only drawn to the ripped up, muddy, not even nice coloured looking ones and a million pretty ugly sticks My favourite baby cowboy, who’s obsessed with wearing anyone else’s massive shoes at the moment except his own ‍ Posting an old one because it all looks a bit like this today Guys, is there really a thing as too much rainbow?? ( and do I need an intervention?) I like to think wooden toys are my favourite but if they’re retro and plastic then they have my heart! Which do you like best and which toys have you got on your Christmas wish list ( I mean the kids wish list obviously )?? Oh and p.s #manbun 🧒 Completely unrelated to this star gazer but I’m going through Halloween party inspiration on stories tonight...Who has their kids outfits planned?? What are they going as ( and do they agree with your idea of outfit??). So far my suggestions for an oompah loompah and Edward Scissorhands have been completely refused Best Rainbow Playmat Ever is pretty much all I have to say today, who agrees!?? (@toomanypjs ) Look at my baby over there pretending he just gets into bed, reads himself a little story and drifts off to sleep...In reality one of us will be curled up next to him on a teeny bit of mattress in a dark room for at least half an hour and have at least fifteen attempts to leave while trying not to breathe, make sudden movements or step on something painful! 🤦‍♀️ Who needs another day of weekend?? ‍♀️ It doesn’t matter how far out of reach you think you put something he’ll find a way of getting it! And completely unrelated but who else is exhausted this week, is it the weather?? I am so tired I could actually go to bed right now at 8pm (but I won’t obviously I’ll watch some Netflix and then scroll IG for absolutely no reason for the next few hours instead)! Yee ha Cowboy! Someone looking pretty pleased with his outfit today... I think this might just be his future 18th birthday party invitation ❤️ Completely not a true representation of what the room looks like after he has been in it...literally one minute of him in here equals twenty minutes of me panic trying to remember how the set up went before she comes up here and screams after school! Why do they always have to find everyone else’s toys so much more interesting!?! A #fridayflatlay for finally accepting it’s Autumn round here...Happy Weekend Everyone! Two off sick today, you know that kind of sick where you can still shout, make a mess, demand constant attention, and have the energy to fight?? Hope none of your kids catch it! ❤️ Check out his smile, the side has come off his cot and he has a big boy bed! Don’t mind me just sobbing over here in the corner, in fact just pass me the screws and allen key I’m just going to put it back and return to deluding myself that he is only a few months old! When did you guys do the cot to bed move and how did you handle it?? I came to autumn up these books today ( because that’s a thing right? ) but couldn’t quite bring my self to do it...Even though I gave in and had to actually turn the heating on last night and finally packed the flip flops away this morning . Who else has really started feeling the cold? Are you all in winter coats yet?? ❄️ A little change around in here, just missing an extra shelf ( someone managed to pick up the wrong one ) but I will have to wait at least a month before I try and persuade my family that Ikea is a really fun trip out again...What is it that they don’t see about it’s amazingness ?? How about you guys, an Ikea trip, love or hate? A #fridayflatlay of things we love... retro toys, felt fairies, mini figures, all the wood and most importantly of course, Rainbows!!! Ok so who wants to come and put it all away for me? This is supposed to be a perfect representation of me doing my online shopping tonight, I have the order set for tomorrow morning and have yet to come up with one single meal....Who is mega organised and does menu plans? And whose not but wants to send me one cooking idea for a day as everyone I live with just says they don’t mind ( but will definitely be opinionated when I give it to them)! What’s everyone’s favourite family meal?? 🥙🥗 Insta-opinions everyone... what age do you think a boy can pull off tights and rompers up to??
