Summer Holidays: Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World
As Kitty’s most favoured cartoon character we thought we’d get in a trip to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park. We arrived at opening time and were surprised to be in a queue of cars. I think mostly full of pre-schoolers though who also headed straight to the Peppa Pig World section which was pretty packed!
It was so hot and busy we stopped early for lunch and a play in the splash park…

Luckily the rest of the park had lots of pre-schooler friendly rides which Kit loved.
Then the big kids got a turn on Magma, the Cobra, The edge and the swings and Kitty started getting a little bored!

Admittedly I was getting quite bored of not being allowed on any rides…bored enough to take photos of my bag while I waited.
We had a much needed ice cream break:
We braved Peppa Pig Wrold again and Kitty even got to meet Peppa Pig which Tom also looks pretty pleased about!

Summer holidays: Ice cream in the country
After a harrowing morning at the beach (lots of sand in eyes and kicked over sand castles) we went and had the most amazing ice creams and sorbets home made at a little shop in the middle of the countryside with the grandparents. The only problem was choosing what flavour…. cappuccino, peanut butter, maple syrup or caramel to name a few….ended up eating two each!
