I am a self confessed awful sleep trainer and I think somehow on my fifth child I have reached a peak of bad sleep habits ( too tired myself to deal with correcting them)! One of which is that one of us has to stay in a (dark) room with our youngest while he falls asleep, which can take considerably longer if the other s are being noisy just outside the room!
